Manager of Web Development

Apr 2010 - Mar 2012 Tampa, Florida · Full-time

At Tampa Digital, I assumed the role of managing the Web Department, where I implemented substantial changes to ensure its seamless operation. My responsibilities encompassed overseeing a team of 5 skilled programmers. To optimize our workflow for both employees and clients, I designed a custom company-wide control panel, streamlining processes.

To enhance user experience, I developed a suite of video players and converters, enabling smooth content streaming on all internet-capable devices. This initiative aimed to improve accessibility and engagement for our audience.

My role at Tampa Digital also involved extensive travel, both across the country and internationally to Doha, Qatar. During these trips, I supervised and facilitated the implementation of online live streaming for various events hosted by organizations like Purina, H1 Unlimited Racing, and many others. This experience allowed me to contribute my expertise in delivering high-quality live streaming solutions on a global scale.
